1. Who we are

Ninefold Works ("we", "us") is an independent media studio operating the properties listed on our home page, including BhaktiNaad108 and NaamSangat. These Terms govern use of our websites and of the software we operate to publish our own content to third-party platforms.

2. What this service does

We operate internal publishing software that uploads video and image content we own or are licensed to distribute to social accounts we control, including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube. The service is not offered to the public, does not accept uploads from third parties, and does not publish on behalf of anyone other than us.

3. Our content

All audio, video, artwork, and text we publish is either original, licensed to us, or drawn from traditional devotional material in the public domain. Where a work is adapted from a traditional source, we present it as an original recording or arrangement, not as a reproduction of any copyrighted performance.

You may view and share our published content through the platforms it appears on. You may not redistribute, resell, or train commercial models on it without written permission.

4. Acceptable use of this site

This site serves static informational pages and media files. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt it, or to access any part of it not intentionally made public.

5. Third-party platforms

When we publish to a platform, that platform's own terms govern how the content is displayed and how viewers interact with it. We do not control platform behavior, availability, or moderation.

6. Disclaimer and liability

This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our published content.

7. Devotional content

Our devotional work is offered with respect for the traditions it draws on. It is cultural and artistic in nature and is not religious instruction, ritual guidance, or professional advice.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
